We are a large Parker Hannifin distributors for both hoses and fittings. In hydraulic hose fittings, we stock the Parker 20, 21, 28, 30, 34, 42, 43, 51, 55, 58, 70, 71, 73, 78, 82, 90, and 91 Series. We carry a large and varied range of Parker hydraulic hoses in stock. A short list of hoses we stock are the 201, 206, 213, 421, 301, 341, 436, 471TC, 772TC, 701, 782TC, 78C, 881, 801, 821, 821FR, 831, and 919 styles. We are tube fittings distributors for Parker, and we carry JIC, SAE, pipe, Male O-Ring Boss, FJIC, Code 61, Code 62, flange connectors, JIS, BSPP, BSPT, metric, Komatsu, Kobelco and many other threads. We also sell Parker valves, filters, cylinders and many other hydraulic components.
We carry a large industrial hose inventory as well. We are a Goodyear GAD distributor carrying Gorilla, Horizon, Wingfoot, Ortac, Braid Air, PlicoRdAir, Tan Flextra, Red Flextra, Flexwing Petroleum, Grey Food, White Flexwing, Green XLPE, Brown Flexwing, Fabchem, and Viper style hoses, just to name a few. This allows us to build hose assemblies for such varied industries as food, chemical, automotive, agriculture, metal stamping, printing and many others. We also fabricate corrugated and smooth bore Teflon lined hoses along with Flexonics corrugated stainless steel welded metal hoses. We can fabricate metal hoses with flanges, pipe threads or any other thread we stock.
We produce belting to your specifications - cut to width and length, laced with Flexco/Clipper lacing or vulcanized endless. We can install cleats, sidewalls, v-guides, profiles and many other types on both PVC and urethane belting along with rubber. We use Siegling, Chemprene, HBD and other manufacturers. We can punch holes for vacuum service and put foam, Linatex, gum rubber and other covers on top of the belts.
We have fabricated gaskets as large as 27 feet in diameter. We stock Neoprene, CPE, Viton, EPDM, Butyl, SBR, Pure Gum, Sponge, Vegetable Fiber, Silicone, Diaphragm and Cloth Inserted Sheet Rubber. We also stock Garlock CNA sheet styles such as 2900, 3000, 3001, 3200, 3300, 3400, 3700, IFG-5500, ST-706, HTC-9800, HTC-9850, G-9900, 3123, 3124, 3125TC, 3125MC, 3125SS, 3126, and Klinger C4401. For specialty chemical service and other applications, we stock Garlock Gylon Style 3500, 3504, 3510, 3511, 3530, 3540, 3545, 3565 and Style 3535 Joint Sealant, along with the Goretex "GR" sheet in which to cut gaskets from.
We have a large inventory of products with approximately 30,000 square feet under our roof. Volunteer Hose & Gasket, Inc. got its start back in the 70's dealing with American based products. But as our world has become a global market, we now deal with European and Asian metric threads. We stock millimeter based hydraulic tubing up to 42mm OD in steel and 25mm OD in stainless.
